PRP delivered comprehensive civil and structural engineering services to our client throughout the entirety of this project, from the initial planning stages through to its successful completion.

PRP were appointed by the client to provide comprehensive civil and structural engineering services for their new project in Wakefield which consists of a single building encompassing a total area of 300,000ft².

This new industrial and logistics facility, Super W, is a 246,136ft² facility which sits on an 11.03 acre site in Warrington. PRP provided full civil, structural and geotechnical engineering services for our client on this scheme from planning through to completion.

Sandy Way, Tamworth is a 54,500ft² terrace of high specification industrial units for Tungsten Properties which was successfully completed in June 2022.

PRP were appointed by the client to deliver a full range of civil and structural engineering design services for this expansive 93,000ft² development, which involved the construction of four new industrial units.

PRP provided full civil and structural engineering services on these high specification industrial units; the biggest unit is 125,000ft² which is the size of 50 tennis courts.

Lime Kilns, situated on Tungsten Park, Hinckley is a development of two new high quality detached industrial/distribution units with a combined floor area of 63,500ft². PRP undertook all ground investigation works as well as providing full civil and structural services.

PRP were appointed by Carbide Properties to undertake a drainage strategy report and flood risk assessment for an 83,000ft² commercial development at Handcross.

PRP undertook all aspects of civil and structural engineering for the development of a bespoke research and development facility for Royal Enfield including a specialist workshop, testing area and office accommodation.

PRP provided ground investigation, foul & surface water design, and foundation design services for a new 115,000ft² distribution centre and 5,000ft² office building.

UPS Tamworth experienced a significant water leak over several months, which was eventually located and repaired. However, there were concerns that the prolonged leak may have eroded the underlying stratum, potentially compromising the stability of the road above.

PRP were instructed by the client to provide all structural and civil design for this 66,770ft² development of 14 new industrial units which included highways, drainage, and sub and superstructure design.
