PRP were instructed by the client to provide all structural and civil design for this 66,770 ft² development of 14 new industrial units which included highways, drainage and sub- and superstructure design.
The challenge was to store in excess of 1,000m3 of water on site in a cost effective way, minimising loss of site area.
