Building Surveying

Condition surveys, schedules of condition, building surveys, measured surveys and defect investigations, plus designs, specifications, planning and Building Regulations submissions, and arranging repairs and maintenance.

Party Wall Surveying

Acting as building owner's, adjoining owner's or agreed surveyor under the Party Wall etc Act 1996, serving notices, schedules of condition and awards, plus crane and scaffold licences.

CDM Advisor & Principal Designer

Over 20 years of CDM experience, providing a full principal designer and CDM advisor service, from the F10 and pre-construction information to design risk management and the health and safety file.

Building Regulation Principal Designer

We act as Principal Designer under the Building Regulations (dutyholder regime introduced by the Building Safety Act 2022), planning, managing and monitoring design work so it complies with the Building Regulations and coordinating designers throughout the project.

Health & Safety Consultants

Independent health & safety advice for contractors, including site safety audits, construction phase plans, fire plans, COSHH and risk assessments, method statements, site set-up and permit advice.

Access & Maintenance Strategy

A coordinated design document showing how a building's external envelope can be safely accessed for cleaning, maintenance, inspection and repair, in line with CDM 2015, Work at Height and LOLER.

Asbestos Surveys

Management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys by BOHS P402 qualified surveyors to HSG264, plus tendering and managing removal contractors.

Project Management

Full project management from feasibility, budgets and statutory approvals to contract administration, tendering, cost control, valuations and settling the final account.
