Award winning Tungsten Park, Witney, is a 25 acre consented development in Oxfordshire, strategically situated 500m from the new junction of the A40 allowing easy access to Oxford and the surrounding areas.
PRP provided full civil and structural engineering services on these high specification industrial units; the biggest unit is 125,000ft² which is the same size as 50 tennis courts.
During the design, we had to be mindful to provide ultimate flexibility for the future phases of this project on the opposite side of the road, where we have since completed phase 2.
PRP were instructed on phase 3 which is nearing completion, with phase 4 due to commence soon where PRP will again provide full civil, structural and principal designer services.
