PRP were appointed as party wall surveyor for the development of 91 ultra-modern student apartments as well as communal facilities including a gym, cinema room, study pods and reception area at De Montfort Mews, Leicester.
The project included nine different adjoining owners due to the depth of the piling and the complexity of the existing boundary walls within a congested city centre location.
Working closely with the design team and contractor, with tight deadlines, we were able to ensure the work commenced on site without any delays.
PRP also negotiated crane oversail licences and access agreements to ensure the development could be constructed in an efficient and timely manner.
