Sandacre Street in central Leicester is a residential build-to-rent scheme with 267 one and two bedroom apartments over two buildings. The development also features 100 car parking spaces, shared amenity space, and new public realm and landscape spaces.

PRP were appointed as principal designer for the demolition and development of two 12 storey apartment blocks on the side of John Islip Street, Westminster totalling 276 units.

This student accommodation scheme, undertaken for Zone Developments, comprised the redevelopment of an existing two storey former schoolhouse and the construction of new three and four storey accommodation blocks.

PRP were appointed as party wall surveyor for the development of 91 ultra-modern student apartments at De Montfort Mews, Leicester.

PRP were responsible for the foundation design, external works, flood risk assessments and all aspects of drainage design/strategies for a 384 apartment build-to-rent project located at the former Merlin Works site on Bath Lane in Leicester.

This project consisted of the conversion and extension of an existing two storey historic building to form residential apartments. The extension works included the introduction of a new second floor.
