This project exemplifies successful urban regeneration, involving the partial demolition of former army barracks to make way for the construction of 33 new affordable houses to meet local needs.

This residential housing development, instructed by Dacorum Borough Council, comprised 10 units within a greenfield area with trees and a substation area within the site.

Nayland Place is an expertly planned secluded collection of newly built detached houses and luxury bungalows situated in Harpers Hill, Suffolk. PRP worked closely with Arbora Homes and the contractor Marfleet & Blyth to ensure that the project was a success.

PRP were appointed as civil and structural engineers for a new modern masonry built house with 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suites in Chalfont St Giles.

The construction of 96 residential units and a three-storey care home for Accent Nene Housing Association, with associated highways and drainage works.

PRP were instructed by Leaf Architecture to provide structural and civil and engineering services for a two-storey side extension, single-storey contemporary rear extension, front oak framed entrance and extensive internal alterations to a private dwelling in Woodnewton.

This project entailed a basement extension using contiguous piles and reinforced concrete retaining walls, a rear two-storey extension, and full refurbishment of an existing three-storey house.

We provided the design of all civils and structures for 48 new build houses and the refurbishment of an old listed property to form 98 new dwellings.
