We have over 20 years of CDM experience since the original regulations were introduced in 1994, acting as planning supervisors, CDM coordinators and now as principal designers and CDM advisors.
We provide a full service including preparation of the F10, advising the project team of their duties, identifying relevant information and preparing a pre-construction information pack, co-ordinating design risk management at design stage and communicating residual risks to the right people at the right times, advising in the appointment of competent designers and contractors, carrying out CDM design reviews at agreed stages of the project, advising on the suitability of the principal contractor’s construction phase health & safety plan, preparing the health and safety file and providing a general CDM support service throughout a project.
