Position
- To manage and deliver all aspects of transport statements and assessments and on a wide variety of civil and structural engineering projects within the commercial, residential, industrial and education sectors on projects up to £50 million in value
Key Attributes and Key Skills
- Hold a BEng/MEng qualification in civil engineering (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years’ post-graduate experience
- Be chartered or working towards your chartership through ICE, CIHT or TPP
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent client relationships
- Have a strong knowledge of national and local transport policies and requirements
- Confidently represent the company at meetings and liaise with highways engineers, planning consultants, architects and clients
- Prepare high-quality, accurate Transport Statements , Transport Assessments and project documentation
- Carry out complex junction analysis and provide clear, practical recommendations
- Be proficient in relevant transport/traffic modelling and industry software
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be a positive, collaborative team player with leadership skills
- Have a full driving licence and access to own transport
