Tungsten Park, Witney in Oxfordshire is a 25 acre consented development, strategically situated 500m from the new junction of the A40 allowing easy access to Oxford and the surrounding areas.
PRP provided full civil and structural engineering services on these high specification industrial units; the biggest unit is 125,000ft2 which is the size of 50 tennis courts.
During the design, we had to be mindful to provide ultimate flexibility for the future phases of this project on the opposite side of the road, where we have since completed phase 2. We have now been instructed to commence works on phase 3, a 4-unit scheme totalling 168,000ft2, providing full civil, structural and principal designer services.
