PRP would like to introduce Fiona who joined us as an Associate in June 2021 based in our Leicester office.
Fiona graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 2007 with an MEng (Hons) in civil, structural, transport and environmental engineering and after completing her student placement in the UK, Fiona secured a graduate position based in the UK full time.
Over the past 14 years Fiona has developed her skills over a range of projects across sectors including education, commercial, residential, retail and industrial. She has led the design of technically complex projects, large and small, requiring innovative solutions and challenging design methods.
In 2009, Fiona was a member of EFOD (Engineers For Overseas Development) and spent 1 1/2 years volunteering on a project to construct a cassava grinding mill to support a community of widows and orphans. She led the design team from the UK and then supervised construction on site in Uganda for 3 weeks.
Outside of work Fiona enjoys open water swimming and walking her dogs.
