The project located on Fairfax Street, Coventry comprises four interlinked blocks ranging from 14 to 23 storeys and will house 1,192 student accommodation bedrooms, a gym, office and retail space.
At its highest point the structure is in excess of 75m high, making it Coventry City’s new tallest building.
PRP UK have worked closely with Winvic Construction on this project and were responsible for the successful design and delivery of the foundations and co-ordination of the steel frame superstructure. PRP UK also designed the below ground drainage and highways works on a constrained and busy inner city site.
