Geotechnical/Environmental Engineer


Location: Leicester


  • Geotechnical/Environmental Engineer
  • Will ideally have an engineering or geology based degree
  • Is familiar with current legislation on risk assessment for contaminated land and be able to advise on remediation techniques
  • You should be self-managing, well organised and be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of SuDS and flood risk assessments would be a distinct advantage

Key SkillsĀ 

  • The ability to assess and carry out site investigations and desk studies
  • The ability to plan and execute intrusive ground investigations
  • To be able to write full detailed factual and interpretive reports
  • Dealing with both engineering and contamination assessments will form a major part of the workload
  • Representing PRP UK Ltd at meetings with clients, consultants and contractors
  • Sites include commercial, industrial and housing developments
