The major resource upon which the firm is built is the experience and expertise of its staff, including, of course, the Directors. It is this carefully-assembled collection of people who, by applying their knowledge, will solve even the most intractable of engineering and surveying problems.

Technology helps and the firm uses CAD packages for nearly all drawing and detailing work as well as structural analysis programmes to assist in the design of structures. There is specialist software for analysing drainage schemes and for designing roads and earthworks.

When required, other specialist disciplines can be brought in from associated companies. Such things as borehole drilling (for deep ground investigation), materials testing, topographical surveying, dimensional surveying of existing buildings, and infiltration testing are examples where other specialists may be employed to provide us with data to solve client's problems.
